Project Overview
A full-featured HR performance review platform built as a Django app. Managers can create review cycles with custom sections, weighted scoring, and question banks tied to position keys. The system supports self-reviews, peer reviews, and management hierarchy relationships. Completed evaluations generate formatted PDF reports and can be shared via secure tokenized links with expiration controls. An analysis dashboard surfaces scoring trends across cycles, and a built-in scoring engine normalizes ratings across flexible scale configurations.
